Dario Lario Refund Policy

The Dario Lario refund policy is designed to give you confidence in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our simple returns process is here to help.

You may return any full-priced item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at dariolario25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour, style, or size, please mention this when requesting your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll suggest alternatives that match your taste and needs

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

For UK returns, we offer a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dario Lario is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email dariolario25@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
